No materials provided by the Company may be recorded or distributed without written permission. You may only use the content for non-commercial, personal use.
A limited, non-transferable license is granted to access the Application and Materials for personal use, provided you comply with the terms of this Agreement.
You may not sublicense, resell, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Application or Materials. Breach of this may result in legal penalties and liquidated damages.
Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the app implies consent to those terms.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-revocable license to use it globally for any purpose. You confirm your content doesn't violate intellectual property or privacy laws.
All rights to the Application, Materials, and Content are owned by the Company or licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
PMC Hindi and associated logos are trademarks of Onemedia Network Limited. Use without written consent is prohibited.
This Agreement is valid from your first access. The Company may terminate your access for any violation of terms.
Services are not medical advice and do not replace professional diagnosis. Use is at your own risk.
The Application is provided "as-is". We make no warranties on accuracy, security, or uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability will not exceed $100.
You release the Company from all liability relating to your content or use of services.
You are responsible for your login credentials and any activity performed using them.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app implies agreement to new terms.
This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in New Delhi courts after a 30-day negotiation period.
